The Sylvan Heritage Council Edwin & Patricia Schwer
One of the more visible projects of the Sylvan Heritage Council is the Cameron County Canvas murals. Muralist Michael Pilato and assistant Yuri Karabash were contracted to complete these murals that depict local residents and military personnel.
